Andronicos is a British Greek Cypriot who was born in North Africa and moved to England when he was 3 years old. He has lived in California, Mexico and Denmark and currently lives in Cyprus, North Carolina and London. His friends know him as 'Zed'.
An entrepreneur since the mid 1980's, he has held several directorships and served as a board member for several international IT and B2B Service companies. He is considered an expert in marketing and a 'guru' in the automation of Problem and Change Management at large Computer Centres and in the creation of global Service Centres and Helpdesks. Andronicos has lectured in many countries over the years and has been a guest speaker at various international computer conferences using his unorthodox style of humour and irreverence to liven up the usually nerdish subject matter.
In collaboration with the gifted actor Dean Taylor, Andronicos is the joint founder of ADZ (Aardvark, Dean and Zed), an organisation that specialises in commercial humour writing.
Andronicos invented the Azam software product to help people avoid misunderstandings and communicate more effectively by using the power of voice rather than typed text when sending emails. He is now responsible for an international initiative to provide this software free of charge to assist people with disabilities communicate more effectively. Andronicos plans to undertake a Ph.D study in using audio stimulation techniques to assist in the rehabilitation and treatment of comatose, unconscious and brain injured patients.
Andronicos has also patented a process and system to electronically harvest corporate late payment surcharges, code named 'The Robin Hood System', to benefit registered charities, NGOs, national tax authorities, and small businesses internationally. The concept is a non profit initiative.
He is an accredited Mediator (from The School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, London) and is undertaking research in using technology to provide remote alternative dispute resolution services.
Using his extensive experience in commercial 'Problem and Change Management', Andronicos has written a book entitled 12-12-12 and created 12-12-12.org (a UN independent NGO) to get people interested in proposing solutions to the major problems in the world and their local communities in general. Outside his business interests, Andronicos enjoys spending quality time with his four wonderful children, annoying government bureaucrats, reading non fiction books from his extensive library and although slightly dyslexic, he likes to write articles, satirical song lyrics and serious poetry. Heterosexual, divorced twice and currently single, he is now on a personal Jihad across 5 continents to find his future wife. A small dowry of a herd of goats and free use of some brilliant software is offered as an incentive for a referral, to the parents or children of a suitable candidate.

IT Enterprise Systems Management Consultancy
With over 30 years experience in the computer industry, 20 of which were in a senior capacity advising large organisations around the world on how to manage and automate problem and change management, Andronicos is a leading expert in this field. Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation Services): ADR
Andronicos is researching the feasibility of remote mediation as a way to resolving disputes. It is exactly the same as traditional face to face mediation, except the parties use high tech tools to communicate. As this is a research project, there is no fee involved, nevertheless in the event a dispute is resolved which would normally save considerable time and legal bills to those concerned, a donation to the Azam Disabilities Initiative (refer below) will be gratefully appreciated.
Andronicos is accredited by the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regents College London. As described in the first section of this website, Andronicos is the inventor of the Azam software product and Heads the Azam Disabilities Initiative (ADI) on behalf of Azam International Technologies. The company is a cross between a commercial organisation and a charity. Azam software is given free to persons with disabilities, via registered charities and government authorities.
Under the auspices of ADI, Andronicos is undertaking research on how persons with speech challenges can use Azam to communicate more clearly. He is also researching ways audio clips taken from friends and relatives of coma victims can assist in medical recovery.

An internationally popular book and research/training website resource written by Andronicos to get people talking, discussing and finding solutions to global problems. www.12-12-12.org regularly gets over 100,000 hits per month.
